In order to secure your reservation, we require a credit card deposit of 50% of the total of your order
Complete payment is due in full 24 hours prior to receipt of your equipment, unless previous arrangements have been made.
Lost or Damaged Equipment
The renter is responsible for any lost or damaged items. A fee equal to the equipment's retail cost will be charged (rental fees are different from retail cost).
Special arrangements, such as specific delivery times, equipment set up, and excessive deliveries are available and require additional charges.
A cleaning charge of 25% will be issued on any equipment not returned properly. All glasses and dishware must be scraped and put back into containers. Coals and ashes must be discarded from our BBQ before they can be returned.
The equipment you order is reserved, prepared, and hand-picked specifically for you. All cancellations require a 14-day notice in order to avoid a 25% service charge. Orders cancelled within 48 hours must be paid in full.
